Skint Catt, thanks for the tip re upping the sins, I keep learning the hard way on this one.

No food diary on here today, as I really don't want to de-motivate anyone.

But as a good SW Consultant will tell you even when you fall from the wagon spectacularly keep counting because then you are in control and you are limiting the damage rather saying S0d it and try again tomorrow

In short DD3 was a royal pain in the nether regions to me for several hours, then she rowed with my EX on the phone, DS emptied a litre brick of orange juice in fridge, and then I had a pipe burst in my ceiling (which I finished painting a few weeks ago, the walls have yet to be finished.) the ceiling has half fallen down and I have tidied up the worst of it, I have been up for getting on for 22 hours straight.....I have not done my exercise DVD tonight, and now I do not plan to......I am currently at 87 sins, and I will reset the counter to zero when I wake up

talking of which....I should be going up the wooden hill to Bedfordshire soon!
The cold never bothered me anyway

I posted last night about my weight gain and need a few words of encouragement. This morning I am in "oh well, I won't bother with SW" mode!:(:( I just can't waste a whole year's hard work and commitment though.

Forgot to post my loss yesterday. Another pound off and just 2lb to go to get back to top end of target. Hopefully that will be gone in a few weeks - I only ever seem to lose 0.5 to 1lb a week.

Didn't eat properly yesterday but overall had everything I was supposed to. I did a Green day and had both HEAs and HEBs and some syns.

Just a Mullerlight for breakfast (after WI); no lunch as I went shopping after group and didn't get home until 2.45pm.

DH gets home from work just after 3pm so had HEB crackers and HEA cheese when he got in, along with a cup of tea.

Dinner was kedgeree with HEB of smoked haddock, but it wasn't as nice as last time I made it so didn't eat all of it.

Had a glass of wine and a HM mini muffin for syns.

    HEA1 - milk; HEA2 - cheese
    HEB1 - crackers; HEB2 - smoked haddock
Syns: 6 for wine, 2 for muffin, 3.5 for butter on crackers = 11.5

Going to be another difficult day today as have a long drive this afternoon/evening (about 3 hours each way). Was going to be a Red day today but depending on what we have this evening it could end up Green or EE! Will be neutral for breakfast & lunch.

B - magic porridge; HEB porridge, mullerlight, strawberries, grapes, banana
    L - veg soup
D - no idea! Was going to be gammon, new pots & roasted veg but will probably have to eat out this evening.

Morning all. WI for me in an hour :o.
Does anyone still make magic porridge with pudding rice?
Cook pudding rice with water and sweetener then add muller of choice. I make double and mix with with 2 different yogurts -- 1 for dessert (warm) and 1 into the fridge for breakfast or to take with me.
Pudding rice is still free isn't it.
    Good day everyone.

Don't give up on it. We all have gains from time to time - it's not the end of the world it's just a blip. Draw a line under it and start again. Don't waste a year's hard effort.

You know you want to really to.
