Hi all, WI again tomorrow - doesn't that come around quickly!
B; missed it as fell asleep on the sofa after feeding DD her brekkie - woke up 25 minutes before I needed to be 11 miles away & neither DD nor I were dressed. Made it just 5 minutes late
L; at the pub with friends & their children (had to be a bloody Monday didnt it!) Tomato & Mozzarella Salad & cup of tea (HEa)
D; shepherd's pie with carrots & leeks
Off to bed now as don't want to eat anything else before WI tomorrow - fingers crossed I've lost something!

6 Week Awesome in Autumn Challenge Day 9 Week 2
Tuesday 17th September
Good Morning you lovely People
Lantana hugs to you. Hope today is a better day. I avoided the food last night as I got busy and then it was too late to fit in a binge so I went to bed. That's obviously a plan for next time
It's a very busy week this week at work as we have parents in. It's full on. Some of the new teachers were really struggling with the stress of it all last night so I felt like a big sister helping them out, holding their hands. I feel like a fraud because I'm not actually a real grown upDoes anyone alse ever feel like that?
Have super tuesday you old nut cases :j

Things have gone slightly awry in the world of flat eric.
I was doing so well but now I seem to have lost the plot and have been eating all the wrong things  so back to basics, time to catch up properly on here and get back on track :T

Oh dear, Not So Flat Eric :grouphug:sorry to hear that, perhaps you should change your user name to Fat Eric instead
I jest. Read back a few pages, get some inspiration. Some of the guys on here are doing brilliantly. We have just started a 6 Week Challenge and it's not too late to join in?Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Lost 11b last night
Gutted as I've stuck to it miserably and religiously0 -
Morning all,
Aero - you're right, does sound like you get a fair bit of variety but if you have a microwave can you take leftovers? I say leftovers but I deliberately make more pasta/curry/risotto/whatever, especially in this weather. Also have some mugshots and low fat super noodles for emergencies. If you have time to make soup to bring in that's great too. I know what you mean about just being able to grab a cake or whatever, but if you make sure you have some little treats with you (hifi bar, kitkat etc) maybe that'll hit the spot instead.
Anon - haven't tried the blue cheese triangle but a few people have said they're lovely. Re. red days - depends if you're an offal fan but I love liver, bacon and onion - liver is dead cheap. Been meaning to get some kidneys to do something with (OH goes white when I even mention offal :rotfl:) but haven't got round to it yet. On my mum's recommendation I have started getting the bags of frozen (raw) chicken fillets from Farmfoods - 3 bags (poss 1kg each but I can't be sure) for £10. I thought they would be a bit watery but they're fine. Also get the cooked frozen chicken strips but they're for the cat, she eats better than usHaven't had FF bacon but did get a huge pack in Aldi last week and portioned it up to freeze, which should save a few quid.
Mildredd - your consultant is right, 2.5 in your second week is fab! Sorry but if you are expecting more than that every week you're most likely to be disappointed, so enjoy the fact that you're doing so well!In answer to your question, yes you can split your HEs as long as they are properly measured ad you keep a track of them.
Hugs to Lantanna, Frogga, Border, FE and anyone else who is struggling :grouphug:
Soooo... was made up (and a bit surprised after France) to lose 2.5 last night. I mentioned yesterday about calling target next week but then found out that my consultant is on holiday then and was gutted about missing me get it after being in her class for 17 months, so I called it there and then with a total loss of 6st 11.5 (although the 0.5 isn't on the PAT as wanted to be a tiny bit under, lol!). I'm really pleased and proud of myself but I'm not going to strike through the target weight thing in my signature yet as when I get home from holiday I'm going for another stone or so as a final PAT, just wanted a bit of leeway (and free holiday weeks!) until I come back. I'll keep my 7lb challenge target as you never know, by some miracle I might lose on holiday (food poisoning might be the only way that will happen :rotfl:)
Feed day today but still fairly healthy/SW - I don't normally post my menus here because it's not strictly SW but I am today, partly to show that the principles are still fundamentally there:
B: Berries, 1 weetabix, coconut greek yog (full fat - whoopsied so couldn't say no)
L: Ham and avocado salad, tiny bit of brie, sandwich thin
T: Mushy pea curry with chicken, curry loaf
S: Something sweet later on

Blodwen. Well done on your loss and calling target!!!
