Hi all, gosh you lot can chat!! I've fallen off the wagon, I know its because I have been awol on here, so I plan to come on here every night.

Well done to all of the losers, I have WI on Thursdays now so have gone 10 days without a WI which is probably why I've gone astray :o

Not to rub any noses in it but I've had a certificate and shiny for my half stone loss and stone loss, and this was recently so I think it muct depend on the group you attend. I have mine on my fridge to supposedly keep me motivated.

So far, I've had a good day food wise but then it is the nights I struggle with. I have a pork curry in the slow cooker as we speak so will have this later. Its free so I can eat as much as I want.

I weighed myself on the wii yesterday and have put on 3lbs, so I have 3 days to lose 3lbs for WI on Thursday. Its our consultants last night before she goes on maternity leave and I know it sounds silly but I don't want to let her down by gaining after my last few weeks of loses.

I'm onto week 2 of the couch to 5k, so I'm doing something right, just need to avoid naughty food in the evenings. I'll be back on here later to keep me out of the fridge!

Hope everyone is having a good day

As I can only drive automatic options are limited.
    But thank you for suggestions.

just quick question, i've just been on the sw fb page and noriced thats lots of people seem to have mini certificates for all their awards (half stone 1 st etc) are these standard from sw as i only got a little sticker for my half st
don't want to ask on the fb page as its open and i've not told friends and oh that i'm doing sw

We only get stickers for each half stone, then a sticker and cert for SOTW, SOTM and target. I think it does depend on the class and I heard that the consultant has to buy the extra certs like those so it's up to the individual consultant.

I struggle with picking in the evening too, especially on nights like tonight when GBBO is on and tempting me! I always saved some syns for a bit of choc etc, but sometimes it set me off wanting more. One thing my consultant suggested to our class was to have a variety of things to eat in one sitting, so maybe some fruit, a yogurt and then the sweet treat, and eat the healthy things first so that when you get to the choc etc. you probably won't want to carry on as much as if you'd just had that. Have tried it a few times, sometimes works, sometimes doesn't but worth a go! I'm sure you'll get that 3lb off this week - if it's easy on it's often easy off too :)
