Lol! I do normally! It is just because we stayed at the in laws longer than anticipated and the only thing suitable to have was the yog and grapes. OH got a very delicious looking bacon sandwich but I didn't want to fall at the first hurdle.

After we had been there, I had to go pick up a script, go to sainsbobs and then to the dentist so by the time I got home and had a cuppa, it was risotto time! The stuff I had in between was shovelled in really.

6 Week Awesome in Autumn Challenge Day 7 Week 1

    Sunday 15th September

So we got to the end of Week One. Some did brilliantly :j Others struggled :grouphug: but none of us are bad people, we just like our food. This is our issue. So shoot us

Today is 100 days until Christmas. I have no religion, but my Christian friends are happy for me to share in the Family Holiday Season. The big feast. And so although we are all in the 6 Week Challenge, let us focus today on the long term goal. 100 days until Christmas.

Will we be sitting here in 100 days time posting about our immense success? Enjoying the festivities with our families. Feeling great. Looking great. Feeling proud. Showing our children who have been away at uni just what we're made of?

Or will we be drowning our sorrows in a vat of puddings, cake and chocolate. Not joining in. Sitting in the background. Making excuses. Avoiding the camera. Not wearing a new dress. Feeling uncomfortable in what we could find in the wardrobe that looked passable?

The choice is ours isn't it. We are the only ones who can sort this out. We are the ones who chose to behave the way we do.

    100 days. Make them count.

Awesome thread. Will remember this when I'm feeling weak!

Hugs for bad days, frogga and lantana. Eating carp wont make it any better and you'll only feel worse tomorrow.

What happens now re exam, lantanna? Can you re-sit? Hope by the time you read this you've picked up a bit.

Stick with the plan and re-read your own 'fight them on the beaches' speech, Froggs, truly inspirational, bet you're a fab teacher btw.

Illegitimum non carborundum. Rubbish I know, but I like the sentiment!

Thanks for the hugs - much needed. Yeah I get to resit so not all lost.

I know back on track tomorrow is a new day and all that :)

    Totally had a rank day.................

Had an interview and found out I failed my exam :(

And here we go again with the bad mood :(:(:(

Foodwise today has been terrible not much time to eat or care about it. Still might make up for the Chinese last night.

    B: Banana
L: Kit Kat - 2 Slices Chicken and 2 Laughing Cow
D: Cheese Mug Shot and Two Baby Bel Light

Its been a cheesy lol horrible today

Hopefully I ll get back on track tomorrow. Will probably be ravenous by then.

Funds are really tight this month as well which isn't exactly encouraging me with the plan as I cant afford to buy much

sorry you had such a rotten day - big hugs sent your way...:)
