Only 100 days? Better start shopping instead of eating!
Here's my weigh in (are we doing them today?)
I have maintained(For Shala's chart)
A bit disappionted with this but I did have half a bottle of champagne and a take away curry in the week to celebrate Hubby getting a job.
I think I have been going wrong in the small ways too, ie not weighing my cereal and probably having twice as much as I should and not eating enough superfree. Also I weigh myself on the Wii fit and it doesn't really show the half 1lb's etc so might get a good pair of scales - does anyone else weigh on the Wii fit?
Anyway now I am off to the gym, I wasn't going to but have been inspired by Frogga- You are a star!
Good luck to everyone else for the weigh ins
I weigh myself on the wii, every morning of weigh in day so once a week. The difference in my weight in the morning and in the evening is roughly 3lbs. But the wii has shown me how much weight I have lost each morning before WI, it helps keep me on the straight and narrow.0 -

Struggled a bit to stay away from the goodies tonight. Had a very emotional day at work. It's really tough working with Children who have problems. I want to take them all home and make it better. But you can't. I don't like not being able to fix things.
Please don't appologise for being at target sukey. I know exactly what you mean about losing weight being adictive. That leads to a whole other heap of problemsBe proud of what you've done, you and the others at target are who we all want to be :T
Some of you have done really well haven't you? I must keep going. I want to win this game

Totally had a rank day.................
Had an interview and found out I failed my exam
And here we go again with the bad mood
Foodwise today has been terrible not much time to eat or care about it. Still might make up for the Chinese last night.
B: Banana
L: Kit Kat - 2 Slices Chicken and 2 Laughing CowCheese Mug Shot and Two Baby Bel Light
Its been a cheesy lol horrible today
Hopefully I ll get back on track tomorrow. Will probably be ravenous by then.
Funds are really tight this month as well which isn't exactly encouraging me with the plan as I cant afford to buy much0 -
Frogga seems we are both having a crappy day.
Lets hope we wake up fresh and ready to tackle what the day throws at us0 -

Hugs for bad days, frogga and lantana. Eating carp wont make it any better and you'll only feel worse tomorrow.
What happens now re exam, lantanna? Can you re-sit? Hope by the time you read this you've picked up a bit.
Stick with the plan and re-read your own 'fight them on the beaches' speech, Froggs, truly inspirational, bet you're a fab teacher btw.
Illegitimum non carborundum. Rubbish I know, but I like the sentiment!0 -
oh well +1 for me, which was expected in a way but still annoying this early on.
had 3 ryveta (the chilli ones) with 3 low fat laughing cow triangles, ham, loads of toms and onion. then tonight i had slices of lean roast beef with 2/3rds of a plate of mixed salad
got some wine tonight as it was calling me from the fridge but hoping to put earplugs in tom so i can't hear it
if i can kick my nightly rose (s) i think i can crack this sw larkLead us not into temptation...
just tell us where it is and we'll find it....0 -
