Just reading back over the posts.

Frogga you are very inspirational:T and thank you for taking the time to co - ordinate the 6 week challenge.

Since I started on here 21 weeks ago - that's how long its taken me to lose 3 stone 3 lbs btw for those that are interested Maman and Blowden are the only ones that are still posting from then!:T. I have lost a heck of lost of posters along the way.:rotfl:

I think we should all give ourselves a pat on the back us oldies, the newbies and the in betweeners - I'm convinced this forum definitely helps motivate etc. I hope to still be posting when I'm at target (whenever that may be):rotfl:

    Menu for today

    B: Muller & Oats (He)

L: Pasta, Quorn Sausage (2 Syns) Quorn Turkey Slices, Brocoli, Mushroom, Onion, Pepper, 40 g Cheese (HE)

    Pineapple, Melon & Mango Slices

D: No idea yet and then the Gin will come out as its Friday

Belated birthday wishes tbear x don't worry about a gain on your birthday...

Massive support to all those who've put on.. I might be joining you this week and it's only my first week :o remember if you've been eating out/eating ready meals then the food contains a lot more salt than if you make it at home.. on Biggest Loser they said salt makes your body hold on to water(or something to that effect) therefore, making you heavier, might be true! :rotfl:

Frogga - great post :D it's spurred me on to get back on track today x

Lantanna - great loss :T and in only 21 weeks, you must be so proud! Enjoy your gin, you've earnt it!

Anon - why don't you just start here and if you feel it's not helping as much as you'd like it too then join class in a few weeks. None of us will judge if you have a slow weight loss ( I always have a slow loss and have none of the reasons you do - just love bread and crisps too much:rotfl:)

Well I've no idea what i'm eating today :( I've just had toast for breakfast and no lunch, after reading froggas post I know I need to get back on track but what to do, what to do.. going to have a mooch around in the cupboards see what there is!

eta. I've found something so food today - green day:
    B - 2 toast and spread (heb, 2)
L - WW greek yogurt thing (0.5) ryvita (heb), cheese (hea) beetroot
T - Pork & ginger noodles, carrots, spring onions etc
S - milk in tea (hea)

    xx

Ha ha Frogga great ideamaybe Shala and TIE are related ?

TIE you know your big magnifying glass pic that you sent in a pic to Frogga :rotfl:

Shala in case you missed these posts earlier TIE gives Frogga a hard time re how difficult it is to read her writing

I'm still here (been here years ;-) ) have read every day but been too tired to post & to be honest it's not all bee SW. Only been under daily target on MFP twice this week BUT still managed a 1.2lb loss this week :T so pleased with that. Fully aware it could catch up though.

Magic - technically I haven't been giving Frogga a hard time it's more I'm in denial about my failing eyesight :rotfl:. I think it's the colour that's the issue, maybe if it was a bold green I could read it ( see still making excuses :rotfl:)

Off to see my mum now, she's feeling much better and is up and pottering around now.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
    Keep the Faith All

    Heartbroken 12.12.13
  • Hi everyone

I had my weigh in yesterday and I lost 0.5lb, doesn't seem much but I always have a small loss one week followed by a larger loss the week after, its just the way I am :D

I have lost 13.5lbs altogether so will definitely get my stone award next week :T

Hi borderlakland  great losses so far.. keep going!!

Magic - hope you're feeling better today after your accident! I think icecream is medicinal in those circumstances..

Helloagain, stitching witch - fantastic results! :T all around..

tracey - good luck for next week, go for that stone sticker!!!!

OH is off out tonight, cue me usually eating junk food and watching chick flicks.. however i'm going to be relatively good and only have some onion rings and a fudge (adds up to about 16 syns in total for the day)

    Red day today :
    B - apple, cheese (hea)
    L - bacon sarnie (heb) crisps(6)
T - chicken, SW chips (heb) onion rings (4.5)
    S - fudge (5.5)

I've started this challenge a week too early I think :rotfl: after this week's eating/going out and a food festival tomorrow i'll be lucky if I stay the same. If I do then that's great (disappointing but great) usually by now i'd have chucked in the towel and thought s*d it, but I know I can be back on track Monday and hopefully lose loads next week!!!

I think that's a good idea as many non class people may have chosen to weigh themselves on Monday and people with a class may have decided to use the weigh in as the number I reckon that's perfect Frogga Friday should cover all possibilities
  • Sorry forgot to say still laughing at Froggas happy claps comment hilarious
    Frogga you are crazy (compliment)
