  • Well done Lantanna, borderlakland and HelloAgain on some good losses :T:T:T

I have to hold my hands up and have fallen off the wagon slightly, I had home made soup for lunch, no syns and then followed that with strawberries, raspberries and a nectarine. When I got in from work at 6pm I was starving as in pains in the stomach starving, I felt really rotten with it so was naughty and had fish and chips. I feel really bloated and nasty now and wish I hadn't I was just feeling really run down from the week.

Thanks for your support regarding changing WI days, when I first started SW I used to weigh on Thursday, Monday seemed to suit me better losing 16.5lbs in 4 weeks, I've never had 4 weeks of consecutive weight loss so I think this is why I am dubious. But what the hell, it works out better for my DD's as its not such a late night.

Mildredd I too used to count my sins over a week, so I would have 105 syns for the week. Over the weekend I would have most of my syns and then from Monday-Thursday I would have 1-5 depending on how many I have used over the weekend. I don't think consultants recommend this as it can lead to bingeing, but I guess its whatever works for you. I save my HE's for the evening for a snack if I get peckish, this makes sure I always have them, and I get to eat in the evening at my worst time.

As we are nearing the end of Week One and people are starting to post their losses, I thought I should say we'll need to clearly post our loss, maybe in BOLD, so that Shala doesn't miss it :T
