  • Hi all

Since I have come back I have been eating OH fab stir fry and itis brilliant

I thought I would share with you all again in case there were any newbies who wanted it or some people who wanted a change

The basis for making this is that I am really bad at eating veg and anything that gets veg into my diet is a winner with me

    Chicken stir fry Magicbucks style

    Chicken fillet one per person
Schwartz blackened Cajun seasoning mega hot mega scrummy

    One large red onion
    One large red pepper
    One large orange/yellow pepper
    Asparagus
    Okra
    Aubergines
    Bean sprouts
    Mushrooms
Bag of stir fry veg if want but not needed with all the above

    Fresh garlic and garlic paste
    Soya sauce

Chop chicken in pieces and marinate in the seasoning for ten mins rub in seasoning amount dependent on how hot you want it
While this is absorbing chop the red onions and dry fry in fry light and garlic paste

    Then add the chicken

Chop all the veg add them all in along with the soya sauce

Then at the end chop the tomatoes and add them in they thicken up the sauce and add a great bit of flavour

Flavour to taste it is absolutely gorgeous with loads of super free foods and as a number of the veg are natural diuretics they prevent water retention

By the way we had some left over from yesterday and I heated it in microwave tonight and the flavour was fabulous as all flavours had mixed even more so a bit like spag Bol and chilli can be nicer the next day so too can this

Sorry for being OTT but it is a great weight loss booster and suitable for veggies too

You can make it more fun by adding in loads and loads of different veg I'm adding loads f green ones as they good for you and don't like them in normal boiled way lol

Evening all, just like to say a big thank you for all your concern (got more on here than at work) tells me who my friends are :A:A:A

Mum is still in hospital but is recovering as well as can be expected. They did say she might come home today but has had very bad nose bleed so kept her in, too many blood thinners. Maybe out tomorrow.

    Food;
B - weetabix, scan bran (1), milk, coffee, water
    S - pear
L - 2x wm bread, cheese, toms, ltl mayo (1), plum toms, apple x2, activia
    S - coffee, velvet crunch (4.5)
T - pasta Bol, lean mince, mushrooms, carrots, onions, passatta, pasta shells
    HEA - milk, cheese
    HEB - weetabix, bread + 4.5
    Syns - 11

MFP - over by 56 cals. Only a guide as just having 2 apples & activia took me over my sugar allowance. Have lost nearly 3 pounds since using app though so is helpful.

Big good luck vibes for the autumn challenge :A:A
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

    Hi TIE
Thank god for that Your comment re recovery - in terms of the nose bleeds my best friends dad had them a lot as well caused by the blood thinners and they managed to cauterise if that the word it and he has been without the nose bleeds since

Fingers crossed for tomorrow we are all thinking of you and keeping everything crossed and sending lots of best wishes your mums way:grouphug::grouphug:
