Monday 9th September
Breakfast~ Porridge (HEB) RiceMilk (HEA) & sliced banana
Snack ~ apple & pear
Lunch~ wm roll (HEB) &philli (HEA) cherry toms, cucu, radish
Snack nothing
Tea~ jacket pot, leaves & Hmspicy chili beans (spicy beans, toms, onions, celery,)
Evening Treat ~ walnut whip
Dog Walk ~ 2 miles
Bike Ride~ 9 miles
That's day 1 over. Only 41 to go :j Great to see new faces, and well done all of us :beer:

Today was a shock honestly I was expecting 2 maybe 3 its just coz I'm a big ol' unit though who lived off crisps and biscuits for lunch previously with no breakfasts oops.
Anyway thanks for letting lil ole me join in the 6week challenge

I had my first weigh in this morning -8lbs was embarrassed I'd lost so much so easily
Can I join in the challenge please I'd like to lose another 8lb in 6weeks?

Really rubbish morning at work today but turned down chocolate cake and now i'm sitting eating my salad so all good on the challange front!
Weighed in at 14.1 this morning so my 8lb loss for the challenge still stands.
Hope i'm not stepping on toes but I made a list of everyone and their challenges - feel free to copy to another post Frogga or Magic - thought we could update it as we went along.
