Here starts the challenge for me 2.
Whatever I've lost on thurs will come off my 10lb target.
What are all our targets?
Mine is to lose 1 stone in 6 weeks which would also give me my 4 stone award. I want 2 stone off by 25th Dec.
I had a not too bad weekend. Was out for dinner on Saturday but just had a starter and a main - not too much alcohol either so feeling ok about that.
I did talk myself out of a Chinese yesterday though but had a bottle of wine  last night.
But in comparison to other weekends etc it wasn't by any means the worst - although there wasn't much superfree going on!
Anyway will be very good see what the scales say on Thursday.
Today's menu
B: Hi Fi Bar (3 Syns) Muller & 25g Oats (HE)
L: Lettuce, Chicken, Peppers & 25g Reduced Fat Feta (HE)Chicken Breast, Bacon, Mushrooms, Brocoli, Baked Potato & Sauce made with Quark and Greek Yog.
Snacks: Mango & Pineapple Slices
Good luck to all this week.:A0 -

I could join the 6 week challenge but I think I would be cheating when I pop out a baby in the middle of it ;-)0
