I'd like to join the challenge please - 6lbs off in 6 weeks please. Had a week and a half off SW and any exercise and still managed to lose 1lb so I'm hoping that getting back on the horse will see a better loss! Saying that, today hasn't been very SW friendly either...

Maman - very jealous of your 6 week challenge:T I would say though it is just as hard to maintain - I do very much look forward to that day and trying to stay at target!!

Thanks lantanna. It's not exactly hard if you do it the recommended SW way (stick to SW plan and have some extra HEXs) but my way of going flexi and then dragging myself back is harder.:rotfl:

lilian, you probably eat fairly SW friendly anyhow. I've found it's sort of ingrained after a while.

Brilliant start mildred, you must be thrilled.:T

Thank you for starting the list shala-moo, great idea.

I've been fine so far. EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
L: bowl of savoury rice with salad bits
D: I'm off to my friend's for supper as it's her birthday. I'm guessing something like chicken, veg and new potatoes but there's bound to be a pudding and it looks rude to say no in someone's home. Will report damage later.

Great idea for the six week challenge - we can all motivate each other ahem I see I have went for the highest number! lol Ah well I like to set big goals for myself and it fits in with my wanting 2 stone off for the 25th of December.

Going home tonight to try and make some sort of free mushroom sauce lol I have quark, low fat greek yog and mushrooms so surely I should be able to do something with that !! I have stock as well. Not really a fan of the greek yogurt to make sauces but I'll have to learn to be !!

Will let you know how it goes !

I have my wi on thurs and hopefully will be deducting something from that 14 lbs!

Great Shala Moo thanks very much, you're the list lady

I'm not playing if we count Nessie's loss, that's too unfair, she's bound to win

Hi all, well the night before WI again & here I am biting my nails (literally - wish I wouldn't do that!) My meals have been spot on, but I've still 'picked' a bit too much :/ If I can get 1lb off I'll be pleased anyway.

Blood test results tomorrow too for my thyroid/hormone tests. Fingers crossed for me please. :o

    B; fruit n fibre (heb) & semi-milk (hea)
    L; wispa bar (11syns!) :o
D; free veggie sausages, sw chips & baked beans

Oops no superfree today as I didn't plan ahead. Early night tonight as I didn't sleep very well either.

    C xx
