Glad you had a good time magic and welcome shala-moo.

I got hungry earlier so I microwaved a pkt of savoury rice and stirred in some chopped up salad bits. Very nice too.

shala~welcome to our lovely thread :)
I'm on the social team & lots of people rejoin a lot so if you want to don't worry about it.

Well DS is now despatched & it feels rather strange.
Today a friend popped by who I hadent seen since my birthday.
They had just been to the States & brought me a vey very large packet of BIrthday Cake Oreo biscuits.
Somehow I seem to have eaten rather a lot of them.
So I am so glad the challenge starts tomorrow as hopefully it will help to keep me on the straight and narrow

    Thanks for the welcomes..

Beanie, thanks for the advice but to be honest I don't enjoy class - my tolerance level of the people there is limited! :rotfl: I find some members really rude i.e. talking when the consultant is talking and a couple of times I've copped them rolling their eyes at the other members when they're sharing - not sure if they are still there but it put me off anyway.

Just had tea - i'm stuffed!!

Meal plan done for tomorrow : trying EE
    B - banana, 1 Weetabix (0.5heb), milk (hea)
    L - turkey meatball Caesar salad (2.5)
T - Mexican chicken stew, rice, fruit salad
    S - crisps (4.5) apple
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

  • Frogga et al,

please, please, please can I join your Autumn 6 week challenge? Have just rejoined SW having lost 2 stones by June. Unfortunately when I rejoined last Thurs I had managed to put a stone of that back on! How did that happen? Far too easily really.

Anyway, reckon joining you all would help get that stone off (and the others I have to lose!!) a bit quicker.

    Thanks

    Lizzie

  • TY Frogga. I'm hungry now too even though I had a lovely SW dinner and dessert. Have held on to some syns if Im desparate but will try not to use them.

Planning to walk home from work a couple of days a week - 2 1/4 miles - far too guilty of driving everywhere these days. Jealous of you being able to cycle.

Cant wait to get started tomorrow...

  • I'm falling in love with SW pumpkin pie - cooking in the oven as we speak - my house smells gorgeous! (& it is great for my blood sugars!)

Sticking with original days - not strickly SW but very close to it

    I miss carbs & chocolate though :-(
  • Yum Nessie - will have to try that. Is it on the SW website?
