Just this morning I have replenished my knicker drawer at ASDA and replaced my leggings too. First things I've had to buy in a smaller size :TCurrently 1st 3lbs lighter with SW, another 7st to go!
I use Quark in place of mayo sometimes in jacket potato or sandwich fillings, it's a good pasta sauce base, good swap for b!chamel in lasagne. It's a good alternative to sour cream in fajitas too.
Hi kim (hope that's OK with you?)
Good to hear you sounding so positive. Welcome to our happy band.:)0 -

I haven't tried it myself - but she was adamant it would make a good sponge pudding! lol

Hi, Welcome. Well done on the weight loss, that's great progress.0 -
Well done to all the losers. Would anyone be able to tell me if Special K Double Milk Chocolate cereal bars are a HEXB? I know the Chewy Delight ones are but I don't know about these. Thanks.0

No these do not count as a Healthy Extra as they do not contain enough fibre, someone in group asked this a week or so ago. As you say the only Special K bars that count are the chewy delight bars (which I have to say are my favourite bars, after they discontinued the Fibre Plus bars)0 -
Well I've just weighed myself and the 2 lb I'd lost 2 days ago has gone back on
Weigh in on Monday and I think it may be a waste of time!! Feeling poop0 -

don't feel too bad, it could just be water retention.when life gives you lemons, stick them in your top & pretend you have pointy boobs.

Do you all not eat the day of weigh in?0
-
there would be no point in that as it would give a 'false reading' wouldn't it
Just eat normally, and if you weigh at the same time every week, then you'll see a difference. This is the danger of the scales. I know this problem all too well. Try hard to just stick to once a week.
My second Tadpole, who has no weight issues, has started playing a game where he hops on the scales at all different times of the day and week just to see how much difference he can see :rotfl:He is 16 and 6ft 3in, and he's so far managed a difference of half stone on the same day
6 week challenge starts in the morning. I shall weigh then, and then not again until the end.
