Lol, nessie! I would NEVER pay £5+ for a pair of knickers!! £20??! At most I've paid £3/£4 a pair if it's in a matching set but for 'everyday' knickers £1 a pair is much mre like it!!0
-
£20 for pants???? 1 pair?!?!?!? what are they? diamond encrusted?!?!when life gives you lemons, stick them in your top & pretend you have pointy boobs.
When life gives you melons, stick them in your top & say you've had a boob job0 -
btw however said about mixing choc options with quark, thank you so much!
just a shame that if I added it to ff yog then heated it it would prob curdle & not make a good replacement for custard lolwhen life gives you lemons, stick them in your top & pretend you have pointy boobs.

I have heard in the past that heating a vanilla muller light in the microwave is a good substitute to custard - never tried it myself though!
I used to love mixing a white choc options with quark & eating on scan bran
But recently the price of quark has put me off completely (i used to eat the whole pot) £1.50 for a pot??? I remember when it used to be 70p a pot - what is happening to the world???
BTW: I don't think the knickers were diamond encrusted - i would have though that would be extremely uncomfortable :rotfl:0 -
Anyone still do the old skool original days? I've been diagnosed with gestational diabetes yesterday & thinking of ultilising the original (red) plan as it reduces carbs - trying to figure out snacks which is hard when im limited with fruit (only 5 grapes at a time ) as of the sugars - i've already figured out that rice, wholemeal bread & possibly peanut butter or milk effects my sugar levels quite badly
Well done to all you losers
Nessie, I am still a fan of Original SW days. I can't really get a good weight loss with EE, and don't like lots of carbs so it suits me quite well. Give it a try, it might help you.0 -

Stitchy x
What with you eating leaves and frogga fasting, we'll be wasting away!
Shame you didn't get your award but 1.5lbs is good, I'm sure you'll get it next week.
:Ton your award lantanna I love my stickers.
- had a massive debate with family the other day on the price of knickers - they laughed at me when i said i thought you could get knickers for less than £1 a pair - they spend between £5 & £20 a pair  to me it doesn't seem right!

For snacking, I'd go for cooked meats. I particularly like the chicken tikka bits. They'd be OK on original wouldn't they? Other than that my current favourite frittata/Spanish omelette. I put potatoes in mine but any veg is OK. The one I did yesterday had courgette, peppers, tomatoes, onions and mushrooms. I put a HEB of cheese on top but that may not agree with you.
I'm ashamed to say that the knickers I'm wearing are so old I should bin them. They're a style from M&S that has been discontinued. I have got a stockpile of a few new pairs but I keep eking the old ones out as I want them to last as long as possible. I keep looking around for a substitute but no luck so far.:(
Less than a month to go now nessie.:)
I've had a flexi meal for lunch: sandwiches and soup when I was out. Hardly junk but I'm trying to be mindful. Breakfast was SW(beans and HEB toast) and SW Bolognese planned for later.
I think we all kid ourselves we're not as heavy/fat as we are. It's a shame we don't wake up to the truth sooner as then we could undo damage when we're only a few pounds over. Reading the SW magazine, it's often photos that bring on the LBM but I used to avoid being photographed like the plague or stand at the back of groups.0 -
surely it would only be uncomfortable it the diamonds were in the gusset?when life gives you lemons, stick them in your top & pretend you have pointy boobs.

Maman, keep away from the new M&S knix. I am so fed up with M&S knickers, they are a joke! They have no elastic just a stretchy edge and honest, no lies, they fall down. I rang up to complain and they just told me to take them back. Worn knickers, that would go down a treat in my branch of M&S. (I once took a top back and the lady on the refunds desk sniffed the underarms) I have since tried again and bought some slightly different ones but nope - they are the same. No more M&S undies for me!!
Fave undie shops, anyone?0 -
