Evening all, and welcome to the newbies!

Well done Maman and Pennylane on your loses!

I have to say I am struggling a bit, I gave into temptation and had one of my mums cheese scones earlier (they are tonnes better then any shop brought ones), and usually one little blip leads to me turning into a human dustbin. But so far I've behaved, however I'm really craving chocolate at the moment, but only have fruit alpen bars in :( I'm turning all crazy lady and keep imagining eating bad things, with the old saying 'one night won't hurt' Argggh wish I could be strong.

Anyway I won't go on, I'm looking forward to starting our own 6 week countdown, starting Monday works well with me as this is WI day and by my calculation 6 weeks from Monday takes us to the week before half term, this was my original target to reach my Club 10 which I am now only 6.5lbs away from. I'd really like to get 13.5 stone by then so that would mean a target of 13.5 pounds in 6 weeks. Maybe a bit ambitious but I like a challenge.

I forgot to say thank you to whoever mentioned the diet fanta chicken recipe, this is on my list of meals to make at the weekend and I'm looking forward to it.

Quick dip in to say food has been ok just probably not ate enough as spent til wee small hours at A & E last night as Mum taken poorly. She went on to have a heart attack early this morning, so have spent most of day at the hospital. Did go into work for the morning as was first day back for the kids. Luckily I work in reception and they only do mornings at the moment.
Anyway fingers crossed nothing further happens but she will be in for a week at least. Food may be a bit hit and miss over the coming days but will do my best :o
