And yet STILL at my all time heaviest! How is THAT fair?? Lol.) Have a wedding to go to on Saturday so Monday is day 1 for me also. Can I join you ladies in the 6 week challenge???

Oh, for goodness sake! How can a piddly little jam doughnut be 9.5 syns? Well, too late now..

Could I ask what are people's favourite thing to have with cup of tea? This is my downfall (and it's not usually a jam doughnut!)

The only cup of tea I have is just before bed (only if hubby's home to make it) and I've just got used to not having anything. Sometimes I 'need' something sweet after dinner though & then it's a Hi-Fi/Alpen bar or a jaffa cake (2.5syns). I think Kelloggs Squares are only about 7 syns if you want something more substantial.

My favourites are either Rich Tea Fingers or Sponge Fingers. Either of these is just one Syn so, in theory, I can have 15 a day!!

I'm of the opinion a cuppa is too wet without something nice, so I often have one mid-morning, one mid-afternoon and one in the evening and still only three Syns in total. :D

    Welcome hmc:)

There's certainly no need to be hungry at all with SW, sounds like you weren't eating enough. I think about 1.5 lbs a week is a good average loss allowing for the occasional flexi meal or holiday. I'd suggest that, if you have time, you post your menus on here then we can comment if you need more food.

frogga, I've been thinking what you said about drinking gallons of tea every day. Do you have milk in it? Is it counted for in your HEA?

WI for me tomorrow then I'll know where I need to get to in 6 weeks.
