12 stone is my target weight! It's still technically 'overweight' for my height, but I'm a size 12/14 when I get to that weight & everyone tells me I'd look awful if I got any lower (I think people say that only becue it's SUCH a change from what you were!) I suppose in reality I should be aiming for about 10 stone, but I'll worry about that when I get to 12!

I could have got my 1.5stone award this week if I'd not wasted it AND been out of the 17 stones! It's a LONG time since I've seen 16 on the scales! I'm sabotaging myself :(

I have had three weeks off and got back onto plan yesterday . Good news is I never regained the 11lb I lost during my first period on slimming world, even though I was on holiday last week! So, my initial weightloss aim was 28lb, 17 to go- am going to do another 10lb aim. Then the final 7 will hopefully not seem so daunting. Desperately hoping to shift all of it by Christmas .

I have not been able to go the gym for the last month due to my arthritis flaring up though, which is a real bind. My knees are killimg me, and you use them a lot during body pump. Going to head over there Wednesday when my youngest goes back to school, and see what machines I can get on without using my knees ( it's the going up and down, squats etc during body pump that really hurts. Maybe power walking and biking will be ok- will see!)
Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!

Sneaks back in but keeping head down (sorry Frogga for the rant, had a bad night :o)
Bought some scan bran today and had a couple with a mugshot. Still picking it out my teeth more than 3 hours later :D. Don't mind the taste but the bitty texture is pants. Will have it with my breakfast every morning and see if there's any 'movement' if you know what I mean :p.
Oh and Frogga I envy you as I'm only .2lb of a lb lighter than I was 6 weeks ago so enjoy that 12lb loss :D

Back to work tomorrow and having anxiety dreams already. I dyed my hair vivid purple about 3 weeks ago which seemed like a good idea at the time but it hasn't faded as much as I expected. Do you think I can get away with saying I'm a natural purple :rotfl:

Oh and I came 2nd in a comp to win another t-shirt from the same site I got my profile pic from so will have a 'fear the purple' shirt as well. Well chuffed as never won anything before.

Sadly, you know by 10.30 a.m. it'll feel like you've never been away. Hope all goes well for you, frogga and anyone else going back to school.:)

Other than the ice cream, I've had quite a good day. Tomorrow's menu all planned and I'm going to make a SC full of chilli/bolognese (can't decide which yet) and another vegetable frittata. I really enjoy those and it helps to snack on free/SF food if I need to.
  • I resisted cake today. I did steal 1 x scampi & 1 x chip from hubby's plate tho. I had 4 muller yogs lite (with frozen fruit - am not liking them too much, but hey I failed to specify when hubby went shopping what sort of ff yog I wanted & that's what I got. So have to eat them really cos he won't!) oh and options hot choc. So I'm reasonably sure that I'm within my syns.
But kinda happy about the no cake thing :)
