Bad day yesterday, Bournemouth Air Show so took lots of kids and picnic and ended up nibbling some of the less sw stuff, like millionaire shortbread bites. They weren't eve that nice, but I just got a sweet thing going and found it hard to resist. Even had some Haribos, and they are truly vile.

It must be full moon or something. I've just had another 2 country slices, a sharing bag of minstrels & hubby wants a takeaway tonight.... The trouble is I just know, come Monday that I'm going to be so depressed for WI on Tuesday but my heart just isn't in it this week. I am however, preparing my shopping list for dynorod speed soup for lunches next week ;)

There is something in the air tonight :( For the first time in a week I've wanted to binge. I had my evening chocolate, then I wanted more. I had a few pistacio nuts. I'd like more chocolate. I'd really like a binge. I had an apple. I'm going to bed now.

I tried on my school trousers and they were really tight. I can get them on and do them up, but if I binge now, they won't get on on Tuesday morning. I'm scared stiff of what the scales will say. Haven't got he guts to weigh tomorrow, I'll leave it until Monday.

I made a pact with myself that I'd be good for the run of X Factor and it's only episode 1 tonight so I really don't want to blow it already! Am feeling on edge. Going to bed.

Luv ya Beanie and Catt, I know you are struggling too but stay strong girls xxx

  • I am new to this forum but just wanted to say Frogga, you've done so well, your weight loss is Amazing!!! :T
Well done for not eating more choc and having an apple instead, sometimes it's so hard!! :(

I sometimes go to bed early when I am craving or another thing I do is redo my nail varnish, as if my nail varnish is wet I can't go munching (you won't beleive how much nail varnish I have got!)

Also read in slimming world mag about putting muller light toffee yog in freezer for an alternative to ice cream? I don't like the toffee ones but if it can fool me it's ice cream or anything like it I am willing to give it a go (don't know if they are veggie though?)

Anyway hope everyone has a good day today, I am going to struggle I think (PMT!) But will keep trying!!
