Smokies - I'm the same on Thursday! But I do take a banana to eat after WI, which is better than no breakfast. Denise

I never thought of that, I jump in the shower and run, don't even have a cuppa before....

    Thanks

    S - coffee
    L - 2x toast (4.5), beans, pickle (1)
T - smash, beans, red onion, mushrooms, toms, BBQ (1)

Just 36 cals under today so better than yesterday.

Am enjoying using the app but am getting confused mixing it with SW so will just be using it as a rough guide.
Plus side is have got my son using it and if he goes over his daily total he just walks the dog or goes for a run so gets him out the house = result :rotfl:

I use sportstracker app and I love it. It has distance, time, average walking speed, map (linked to google maps) and it calculates how many calories have been used.

sorry if it's been mentioned but I haven't read through all the replies yet.

Thanks, Pie I have downloaded it and will have a play tomorrow.

    Smokies, welcome and good luck.

I am one of the Thursday weighers, and this week I sts.

Hi all. I lost 4lb today after a 3 week holiday, so really pleased. Got my 2 stone sticker and target, even though I want to change it. I'm not sure how much more I want to lose so will not set anything just yet, as I know I have to go at least 7lb less than my original target.
Didn't stay to class as had DS with me so haven't spoke to the consultant.
Well done to all the losers and thanks for some great posts.
