It definitely works - I made some for our last taster morning and everyone liked it. I make it up by the bottle - about 3 Tbs of balsamic to a 2l bottle of diet lemonade.

Ooh we're having a taster soon will take some of that
How do you present it? I don't have a punch bowl I had to sell it when I had to let the servants go! Tee hee I have a dowton abbey obsession
It usually has mint leaves and fruit in it
Maybe jugs with lids and placky glasses from £1 shop
Oh how posh and civilised lol

11st 11 3/4 lbs again this morning my WI is Tuesdays
    I know I shouldn't but I'm a daily weigher I can help myself
They are exactly the same weight as the SW
I stick to plan but its dripping off 1/2 per week. I don't want to go the 'scenic'route or lose loads a week just a steady 1to2lbs
I am quite small at 5ft so maybe that's not helping.
I love this way of eating. I eat loads of super free foods
I've started on weekday red days so we will see if that dumps the lard a wee bit faster.

    Green for me again...

    Using an A for milk

    Coffee
    Tea, banana
Leftover veggie fried rice (counted syns in yesterday's total for the whole lot), grapes, yoghurt
    Soup maybe(really needs eaten!)
Macaroni cheese (1A &1B) with wedges.

Still got a B - love the fact on green you can use cheese as a B choice:j I love cheese:rotfl:

That's all syn free so I'm sure I can sneak some syns in later:p

Do you do any exercise jinny? Maybe a brisk short walk a day will help - that's what I'm trying anyway.

Skintbreeder - I don't think upping your syns will help you. If you're breastfeeding it's extra HE's only - when you reach target they also suggest extra HEx's to maintain. Syns will gain you weight.
