The Ainsley Harriett Spice Sensation is 2 syns for 100g packet, made with water only, on Green and EE. Obviously horrendously high on Red!

The flavoured couscous are between 1.5 and 3.5 for the 100g packet.

Moroccan Medley is lowest at 1.5 and Sun Dried Tomato & Garlic the highest at 3.5.

Any idea how to syn an old fashioned? It's basically straight bourbon stirred with fresh orange slice a little bitters and a tiny bit of sugar. It's probably a double measure ish? Will call it 6 syns maybe?

I'd syn it as whisky which is 2.5 syns for 25ml or 4 syns for 35ml - depends whether it's 50 or 70ml for your double:rotfl:, plus maybe 0.5 for the sugar, so either 5.5 or 8.5.

It's great and it was even better because it was free:D one of the guys at work offered to buy me two in exchange for me doing his close at work on Saturday.

Old fashioned is my drink of choice, I like to be able to taste my liquor:rotfl:

My husband is a Scotch man, but I much prefer bourbon :)

Talking of alcohol, in our SW group 'apparently' a tablespoon of balsamic vinger in a glass of diet lemonade tastes like Pimm's - syn free too ;) Going to try that especially if I get pregnant & we're hosting a BBQ so no-one can tell!

It definitely works - I made some for our last taster morning and everyone liked it. I make it up by the bottle - about 3 Tbs of balsamic to a 2l bottle of diet lemonade.
