Frogga, I have a Weetos chocolate cereal bar (5 syns) and a Cadbury's Dairy Milk bar, I think it's called Little Bars, it's the thin one (5.5 syns) every day. If I didn't I would go on all out chocolate binge. I also keep them in the fridge as they seem to take longer to eat.

Wow thanks for doing that Magic :beer:I've copied it into my book so I'll always know what I can have. Am going to Sainsbugs later so I'll get some provisions. It's gonna be hard to stop. But loads of you on here have admited you can't do it without chocolate, so I'm gonna give it a really good try. I wish I coulld have jelly but all the packet stuff has geletene in so it's not for veggies.

Great idea about the fridge minimad. I will do that. I love Dairy Milk so that's a good suggestion.

MIT I don't like crisps, not really, I'd eat them if I were bingeing, but I don't crave them, and I don't miss them like I do chocolate.

Like Blodwen said, I've asked for help, loads of you have told me what to do, so I need to listen.

Hope you're OK Beanie, hop back on the wagon with me ;)

New plan of action ~ defo do the cycling, cut down on the fruit, fill up on veg, small choc bar in evening, don't weigh myself. I shall have a hop on the scales on the last day of the holiday just to see how much I did lose, but then that's it. I just don't cope well with a gain. If I hadn't have looked last Monday...

Have a good weekend everyone :j

You too am off to the gym now for an hour I am terrible for hopping (no pun intended frogga :rotfl:)on scales all the time and its ridiculous as your body fluctuates so much even from one day to the next

In case any of you here don't realise whenever you put a thing into google like how many syns are in or what chocolate treats can I have on slimming world minimums I think it's called comes back with loads of posts it's a really cracking website

I'm off to my sisters today as OH going to do things in her flat hang up pictures lights replace lock and will have dinner with her so told her I'd go to m ans s and get the dine in for 2 meal as they have a roast chicken and Mediterranean veg got the lemon tart slices she and OH can have them as have got strawberries and blueberries too so am covered

Also Frogga metabolism goes up as you know after exercise so to maximise even more have choc after that as it will burn faster

I could be wrong on that but that's what personal trainer says so I assume she right

Have a fab weekend will lose one pound by Tuesday if it kills me for my stone award

Have a fab day and happy shopping

Good luck everyone for the weekend:grouphug::grouphug:

Right, I've bought my supplies, and I feel very pleased to have all that chocolate in the cupboard :D and I don't want any at the moment so I'm pleased about feeling in control too :j

I also bought 2 sachets of Options, 40 cals each, but now I'm thinking I got the wrong thing? Isn't it supposed to be Cadbury's High lights? :o B u g g e r, will they be ok?

    Tis my birthday soon.
One of my friends sent me a wee parcel.
    Tis full of chocolate.
I have already demolished a very large amount of Cadbury's creation with jelly beans.
May have sampled the Oreo one too!!!!
