Not happy. Gained 1.5 lbs this week. OK I had a day out but it was planned and I ate very carefully for the week beforehand and made sure I had a couple of good bike rides.
I had scampi chips and salad that day for my lunch but no dessert and no alcohol (diet coke only) and when you see what some people in my group ate that day (scones with cream and jam, desserts, icecreams, candyfloss, sweets on coach, alcohol etc etc) it just doesn't seem fair.
:mad:it's infuriating when that happens. Try to be positive. What often happens is the loss you 'deserved' this week can catch up with you and give you a decent one next week. If your weightloss seems to be stalling after a couple of weeks there are lost of ways you could try and kick start it.0 -

Hi Pennylane it really is a bummer
when that happens but you know what it will even itself out you watch what happens next week when you have a really good week Also the food the others had sometimes that's a curse as it gives you the false impression that you can get away with it so you add just a bit more this day more again the day after
You keep doing your stuff and drinking lots of water
The only thing I'd say to you is when you say 'being good'
Does that involve a lot of fruit ? If it does my advice is cut back on the fruit a bit cos some people Frogga me and some others put weight on when we OD on fruit

Hi All,
Just wanted to wish everyone a great Bank Holiday - I probably won't be logging on over the weekend so take care all - if possible make it a SW-friendly one and if not then what the heck it is just one weekend out of the year - back on track on Tuesday :eek:0 -
