I'd agree, though be wary of the peanut oil, see if that can be separate in some way.
I seem to recall that they put all "flavourings" on the side so you can add it yourself - I'll ask to be sure - thanks xMy debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

I'm thinking the chicken salad and the Goi Cuon.
Hey lilian, that all sounds delicious  and I think you have made a good choice there - if you want to be extra good then ask them to hold back on the peanut oil dressing on the salad.
Enjoy!0 -
Thanks Sukey. Just drooling at the Nyonya curry now though - surely there won't be that many syns in it....:rotfl:My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

Well done Steph - what a great start :j
Sorry, I have forgotten if you have already said, but how much do you roughly want to lose or haven't you decided yet?0 -
Just back from pilates and scoffed a 1/4 of a tub of cottage cheese, half a pack of sugar snaps and 3 ryvita as soon as I sat down. Didn't even touch the sides! My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

Went to WI this morning and had a good week - a loss of 1.5 lb which is really good for me - most of my losses have been 0.5 - 1 lb. Only need another 1 lb off to be at top end of target.
I go on holiday in a couple of weeks so if I could lose another 2-3 lb I'd be really happy. I don't usually put on loads when on holiday, somewhere in the region of 0.5 - 1lb a week, however I'm on holiday for 3.5 weeks so could easily put on 3 - 4lb which would again put me over target but at least if I'm at target before I go I won't have to pay whilst on holiday!

yes the comps are open to the public it's a text voting so the public decide. The one this weekend is in Cheshire if you are local come down you can pay on the gate it's at Capesthorne Hall near Macclesfield.
It's 3 teams going head to head on who is the best they are all ten minute displays each all choreographed to music. The text voting line will then open when the last team has finished then the organiser of the competition will have a ten minute display while votes are being cast at the end of that there is the announcement of who has won the trophy.
Next week there is a competition in Herefordshire at Eastnor Castle if that is closer to you http://www.fireworkchampions.co.uk/
I can show you our last competition display if you like?
