maman~~that you tube clip did make me chuckle :rotfl:

To paraphrase 'Yield not to temptation, for yielding means syns!'

I was derailed a bit at lunchtime. BIL called unexpectedly for coffee and he can talk for England!! Lunchtime he was still here so I had to offer him something. So wholemeal toast (healthy but I've had my HEB:(), no butter, salad garnish but full fat pate:eek:. it could have been worse, offered a glass of wine but he refused.

So that's one flexi meal. Back on plan for dinner.

That's good thinking about getting to target before your holiday denise. Well done on today's loss.:) That was one of the reasons I went to WI yesterday. Fortunately I'm still in target range but if I hadn't I'd have worked hard to get it back by next week as I'm away then and will miss a couple of WIs. I've paid enough to SW:rotfl: That being said, I took about 10 months to get to target and if someone had said to me you can be thin if you pay £200 I'd have bitten their hand off! Well worth every penny but great motivation not to pay again.

Well done on the weight loss Steph & thanks for the you tube clip - wow, I do love fireworks! Eastnor Castle is about an hour from here, but we struggle with babysitters, so might have to give it a miss this year. When DD's older she can stay with my Mom & I'd love to see a competition! What a fantastic job/hobby!

DD's had a cold today then thrown up dinner while we were putting her down for bed - put me right off my dinner :o lol

B - fruit salad & yoghurt (I'm loving this at the moment!)
L - jacket potato with mushrooms & baked beans
D - smoked salmon pasta (A girl called Jack) 3.5 syns
    Snack - two biscuits & a tiny kinder bar thing = 5.5

I know I haven't had enough superfree today - will try to rectify that tomorrow with a large salad for lunch aswell as my fruit salad.

    C xx

Well done JoeDenise, and Steph on your losses! Its nice to hear people doing well.

I'm still plodding along nicely, I madie chicken chow mein for dinner tonight, my first attempt and I don't think I will bother again. I added loads of soy sauce and it still tasted quite bland. I only managed to eat around half the bowl - so I suppose it is slimming in that sense. I'm not too fussed as I still have my HE to have this evening, and I've just remembered I have a bowl of cherries in the fridge.

Looking forward to finishing work tomorrow and having the long weekend ahead. I'm going round to a friends tomorrow for a chinese, I've already decided to have soy pork and beansprouts. I'm planning on having no syns throughout the day tomorrow so I can be a bit naughty if I want to, but surprisingly I'm just looking forward to my pork and beansprouts, and that is saying something as I love a chinese.

Will catch up on the rest of the posts now.

Congratulations JoDenise and steph on the weight losses
Steph cracking start JD I like our logic re holiday

I'm trying o do the same one more lb by Tuesday then keep going until holiday on Saturday so have some in bank as it were

Dinner blackened cayenne seasoning on chicken stir fry consisting of
    2 chicken breasts diced
    Schwartz blackened Cajun seasoning
    Asparagus
    Onions
    Aubergines
    Red pepper
    Garlic
    Salt pepper

    Dash soy
3 tomatoes quartered and put in towards end

Absolutely scrummy OH made it and still super expressing so 2/3 veg per meal the above tastes absolutely gorgeous

Thought would share it with you it's meal I had twice last week when lost 4 pounds its an OH invention

    Squirt fry light
Then fry the onions and the chopped garlic add aubergines peppers asparagus and the chicken pieces that were marinated in the seasoning

Add some soy sauce and simmer for ten mins before adding tomatoes (they really add to flavour)Season o taste scrummy and mega healthy

The seasoning is really hot so even better for metabolism :-)

Never mind Beanie, as you said life gets in the way sometimes. I'm certainly finding that at the moment. I'm happy socialising but also looking forward to getting a straight run at being on plan. Can't see it happening in the foreseeable so just getting in as many SW meals as possible.

Your group must think you're pretty special to have nominated you. And we're lucky to have you on here too!:)
