Haven't read back but I hope all is well.
God, I'm in a stinking mood right now. I get back with dd after hubby tonight as we were fed at a friends & he's done s£d all round the house, not even made the bed (yes I know, but I did it once, then left in a hurry after mine & DD's nap as I'm exhausted), tidied dd's toys, bought the bins in from the pavement or emptied the dishwasher. I've got 3 weeks ironing that I've been procrastinating over that I REALLY don't want to do on a Friday night, but I'd have to be paralysed from the neck down before he'd consider doing it (yet before I met him he'd been doing his own for over 20 years!)
Rant over, but now I just want chocolate....
Sorry, a non-SW post, but you're all so lovely I'm sure you won't mid0 -

Had a bit of a meltdown today. Been sobbing on the phone to Mr Frog, feeling very sorry for myself. It's amazing how quickly it all falls apart. This time last week I was feeling 'thin' now, after 4 days of eating carp I feel like a huge heffalump who's too disgusting to walk the earth
Mr Frog said I make too big a deal out of it. He said, if I want chocolate, have chocolate. Just don't turn it into a binge where I'm eating carp I don't even like just for the sake of it. Yesterday bought loads of chocolate, and I didn't even allow myself to enjoy it becasue I stuffed it in so quickly, it didn't even hit the sides.
I think I know where I go wrong. I never have any syns. I never treat myself at all. I totally deprive myself, even though you all keep saying I shouldn't. That's not what SW tell you to do is it? I never do it properly. And then I get cheesed off because I've been without, and then I binge. Like Blodwen said, I ask the same questions over and over and I never listen
So, even though it will go against every instinct, I'm gonna try and have a little chocolate every day. I like Curly Wirlys, and Freddos, so I'm gonna put them in the drawer, and when I want some chocolate, I'm gonna have one. I also like Daim bars and walnut whips so I wondered how many Syns they were?
I shall give it a go. It feels very odd to think I can have chocolate everyday?!! I'm a bit scared
Sorry I went off in a huff for a few days, I'll try to post my menu again everydaySay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Hi Frogga
Lets look at some of the points you made
Basically you are all or nothing when it comes to junk the same as a number of us on here I am the same and to be honest it's only now I trust myself SLIGHTLY to have some stuff
I do agree with bolden and the others though you won't stick if you deprive yourself and you have to rewards
Have the chocolate every day walnut whip 8.5 Daiml bar I think about 7
But why not set yourself
an objective you have stopped the cycling and perhaps could drink more so you can combine the chocolate with being reward for cycle. Just a suggestion
Also it's true keep the choc in fridge and it takes longer to eat
You never want something more than when it's forbidden so if you totally bar yourself from good stuff you will never last
Once again I am sitting here with pint of sugar free jelly it's another thing that's good for affix and Frogga have some hot chocolate as in options drinks in house so if you need a choc fix can also have that
When our WOTY was talking she said she eats abar of choc every day and for the first month she had no syns at all well no nice onesand in hindsight was wrong
