Hi Lillian I went googling for you and found one called fever tree naturally light tonic water Pparently cn get it in tescos look it up I think it was about 1.69 a bottle hope that helps

Thanks so much, I googled but to no avail! That's brilliant news. Can't find any info on whether it's free on SW though, do you know? I would assume not as it has sugar rather than sweeteners and is 20 cal per 100ml. I guess I could syn it along with the gin... xx

I don't know I'm afraid sorry but is the rule 10 cals 1 syn I'm probably way off beam with that but whatever the conversion is you could do it and if going on a session could flexi

I thought it was 20 cals per syn. So could have 200ml with a 25ml measure of gin for 4.5 syns - I don't really go out so it would just be one of a weekend evening. Less than a 175ml glass of wine (6 syns) anyway!

    The 'rule' is 1 syn = 20cals

Sounds like a good plan for a weekend tipple x
