A huge congratulations to those nominated for WOTY awards. I was sat in group listening to the motivational stories of all the nominees, I'd love the idea of being nominated, but I too would hate the limelight, this is why I love this thread as I can be me without having to bare all in public - if that makes sense!

And thank you so much for all of the praise,I can hand on heart say I have only lost this much because I stuck to plan, and syned what I did have honestly. I am also type 1 diabetic and dependent on insulin, so I tend to steer clear of carbs. An evening meal will consist of lean meat and veg or salad. I snack a lot on fruit (mainly berries as these are good for diabetics, and melon just because I love it) I try and drink between 2-3 litres of water a day, I am lucky as I have access to a water cooler at work, and on Friday I fill up 2 x 2 litre bottles so I have nice water at the weekend too!

I must admit this time around I have planned a lot more, I can tell you exactly what I am having for breakfast, lunch and dinner right up until Monday now - it may seem quite dull but I feel in control, and it seems to be working for me.

Hi all I totally agree with TIE whether people want to do umpteen daily once a day week month or just watch whatever it's their prerogative and also the comments and the humour I also think are inspiring and motivational

I want to add in one other thing Frogga I want the early morning posts they get me going when am on the train on way into work and get me SW focused whether its you having good day bad day or wishing everyone well so get your butt in front of your laptop and send something

In a few weeks time all the teachers on the site/school workers will not be around as much and I want to glean all the motivation I can from everyone

I would not have lost the 4 last week were it not for all of you:grouphug::grouphug:

Funny enough when people having a bad day and you see what they doing it can actually help keep you on straight and narrow when you see it in writing

    Everyone please keep writing :j:T:T:T

We are a great thread and everyone needs different things from whole thread so lets make sure we maximise everyone's chances

I really have gone for the Irish how to make a short story longer bit but you get the gist:p

O wow Magic very well done :j

Gosh some on here are donig so well at the moment  Well done people.

Last night was a dbit af a disaster. Had been in control all day, had tea planned for 5ish. Mr Frog came home at 4pm and started urgent work on Tadpole 1's moped. It had failed it's MOT and was due in for a reMOT this morning so he needed to fix the problem last night. Anyway it took ages, as it was a real pain, and he didn't come in until 9pm, and as he had to be up at 3am he had a quick bowl of soup and then bed. So, in between helping ouside I'd been popping in and eating carp as I was hungry and couldn't wait  I then didn't eat my tea anyway.

It was to be expected, I wasn't really in the mood to resist. SO that's 2 days that have been a mess up. Shall try today, but I'm not going to embarrass myself by promising and making any statements. I've just lost mojo I think. Bloody scales, wish I hadn't got on them on Monday, then I'd have carried on ok. Anyway, it is what it is.

Have a good day all. I may take a break while I get my head together:D
