I hula-hoop before weigh in - helps you 'go' before you step on the scales ;)

I love Christmas too - just about to make our Christmas Cake :) Lots of lovely crafty chrismassy ideas on Pinterest! :D

Well that's another day done. Haven't seen Beanie? Hope all is well?

Have been thinking. I'll need to keep this momentum going if I'm to get to target. I can be 'good' for months at a time, but I need to go all the way, not just settle before I've got there.

Hmmmmm, shall ponder on why I never seem to finish the race before I take my shoes off ;)

    Hello all,

Back from my holiday now and pleased to report a further loss despite the oil slick all Spanish food is served in. Was very well behaved most of the time with Tuna salads/grilled fish etc, but did give in to the call of a BBQ on the last night at a friends place, and let loose on the beers on two days as well.

I'm now a total of 6.4kg down, which according to Dr. Googlesearch is 1.001 stones in three weeks!

Back being sensible again properly now, jacket spud, prawns and cottage cheese; slimming world Chicken Curry etc.

Also cycled 15 miles yesterday and 46 today, which I've missed having been abroad for two weeks! Hopefully I can link to the rides here: if you click on the image it becomes more detailed in theory.

If that doesn't work then I'm out of ideas!

I've also ordered the "special meals" on upcoming flights, fruit platter in the mornings, and seafood meal in the evenings - it's my best guess at what's SW-Friendliest! Off to Amsterdam on Thursday so that'll be the first test.

Great to see so many positive posts on here, what a great community!
