on the other hand PE do not have a 'good name' to protect by behaving nicely, Aldi however DO.Unless specifically stated all posts by me are my own considered opinion.

OK - the subtitle has got your attention, but don't get too excited, after all this is in the Newton (Aycliffe) News, a local rag.
Reader's letter with Aldi making a response. Interesting?
Oh dear a WeberShandwick automaton - we've seen it many times before. So, for anyone still interested, here's the link:

What happens if I drive into the Aldi car park, don't actually park, can't get into the store, because it's not open, and can't type in my number.
And why don't the staff, say to you as you pay "Don't forget to type in your reg number before you leave"0 -

Because that's what feeds the Money Monster, and Aldi don't give a flying furkin. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I heard a great Parking Eye Aldi related story today, apparently there is an Aldi which has some older houses behind it, and when the Aldi was being built the right-of-access to the houses behind for the householders & any visitors, which was all fine and dandy until Parking Eye moved into the car-park and basically ignores the right-of-way and invoices the householders on a daily basis for overstaying.
Would love to see one of those go to court0 -

No idea if they have been foolish enough to pay to get access to their own property, most likely not.0

Be interested on what the signs say on this, also whether its the landowner if its not the retailer who is responsible
Yep, bolted onto the Aldi store.
Guilty as charged I'd say.
Opens up the prospect of genuine repeat visits to the relevant stores and landing a ticket for having the temerity to spend money there.0
