It seems to be kicking off a bit on Aldi's Facebook Page. Aldi seems to be reaping the rewards of their contract with PE :j

Major bad publicity. If you can add to it, go for it.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Given the parasitic PPCs are in almost all supermarket car parks ( well they are around here ) that makes it rather difficult.

It's actually quite funny over on their Facebook page - loads of pictures of dogs suddenly pushed out by dozens of posts about Parking Eye !!!! I certainly think targeted campaigns like this might be the way forward. Get Aldi first and then move on to say Asda.0

On the day that Aldi are awarded "Supermarket Of The Year" award by Which, some party poopers come along and ask some awkward questions about why Aldi's customers are being taken to court by PE.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
