In short Rachel is asking people to go back into the store, sit down with the manager and go through how many hours of till receipts ??until they magically find yours.Only then,will Rachel 'investigate further'.

So Rachel is willing to commit managers time in delving through possibly hundreds of receipts in trying to disprove / discredit me (sorry Rachel , you dont believe me -its obvious in the tone of your letter) so you can endorse some dodgy parking notice and score some brownie points?

The office monkey had a cup of tea & a sandwich, those costs are added to the breakdown of the losses the landowner has suffered.

Or so Parking Eye wishes.

As for Aldi, they are lucky watchdog isn't on the TV at the moment as I'm sure they would be invited for a chit-chat with the Welsh dragon about taking their own customers to court.

Not so much money if they're paying 'FINES' (Aldi's word, not mine) at £70 a pop, just why Aldi isn't 'getting' this is beyond me.

In addition, if you've been stung for 70 notes by PE, how many Aldi customers just turn their backs and go elsewhere. I would think most!

PE's business model in total conflict with the busness model of their principal. Just who was responsible for employing them, and how much has it (and will it) really cost Aldi?

I live in a popular tourist town in cornwall, Parking Eye have infested most of the town car parks, the on line local news is full of tourists complaining and stating that they will never return and that their holidays have been ruined by PE. The Town Council are aware but have chosen to do nothing. Parking Eye realy are destroying this community.
