Just so the rest of us know where to avoid, which town council is intent on upsetting tourists? Or is it the district council?0

I live in a popular tourist town in cornwall, Parking Eye have infested most of the town car parks, the on line local news is full of tourists complaining and stating that they will never return and that their holidays have been ruined by PE. The Town Council are aware but have chosen to do nothing. Parking Eye realy are destroying this community.
The only way to stop this is to spread the word on how to nullify these unfair charges, getting the local MP involved and letting the landowner know.
These companies exist for profit alone. Cut-off the supply line of income and they will go away.
About time we had a call to arms like with The ACS Law scam.Search my post " PoPLA evidence - What to submit" on what is a good defense for a PoPLA appeal.0 -

The latest from the depths that the axis of evil is plumbing.
Aldi FB page https://www.facebook.com/AldiUK?filter=2Received a Parking Eye court claim today because the driver who is severely disable was a few minutes over at your free parking site in West Wales. Should retailers not give disabled drivers the same rights as local councils do ie. 3 hours free parking ... it takes them longer to shop because of their disabilities. This driver was held up in one of the shops and could not hurry back to the car in time to avoid all the hassle with Parking Eye.

Aldi UK Hi Margaret, we're sorry to hear this. If you'd like to contact our customer services team, they are best placed to help with parking enquiries. Blue Badge Holders can register their blue badge with the Store Manager and this will allow them to shop in the store for a longer period of time. We hope this helps, Aldi UK Facebook Team

Margaret Moakes Thanks I'll register with them. May I have contact details for the Customer Services Team. Doesn't help my current problem.

Margaret Moakes Why haven't Parking Eye added this to their signage as your parking representatives ??? If I had been aware of this all this hassle would not have happened. What are you going to do about it???
2 minutes ago · EditedPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I think it never hurts to remind people Aldi are the ones suing. Parking Eye merely work for Aldi and it's Aldi that have told them to go to court.0

It would appear Aldi are now sulking - my account has been blocked from posting. Anyone else care to continue ?0
