And can I point out to PE that 'no return within X hours' is Trespass, not breach of contract.

So you couldn't sue him anyway.

A word which could be used to describe the whole of Parking eyes business model
    From the Plain Language Commission:

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"
  • well they tried the overstay/2 visits with me in February 2013 , I like many others realised that one of there "special buys" was nothing more than "tat"

however in my case there was a slight sting when I argued the overstay (I did not mention 2 visits) on my way home from my first visit , I was stopped by the police because of a documentation problem , the paperwork clearly showed the time.

I held back until a letter before action , then fired off the original receipt , the refund receipt and a copy of the police stop paperwork.

they then tried changing there claim to visiting twice

I declined there offer and offered to meet them in court , where I would ridicule there claims of 27 checks

    a formal retraction followed.

I have now stopped spending approx. £150 a week in Aldi , and let them know the reason for loosing over £7500 in turnover

Could have submitted a formal complaint to ICO due to "no reasonable cause" as well as the DVLA for extra "salt".
  • and would that have done anything?
