What can i use it for except dumplings and xmas pud. got a big box of the stuff, and no idea what to do with it.

its ages since I made suet pud sooo fattening
but the list is endless
steak and kidney pud
treacle pud
jam roly poly
syrup pud
fruit pudding
suet pastry (you will need more water for this than usual)
mrs beeton has lots of recipes on her site as well
if I remember rightly
and if all else fails
the birds love it

As Cathy says - the birds love it. Press it into pine cones, fix onto length of string then tie onto tree or shrub and watch the blue tits dangling ;D0
