    steak and kidney pud

    treacle pud

    jam roly poly

    syrup pud

    fruit pudding

suet pastry (you will need more water for this than usual)

I love Steak & Kidney Pud. Usually buy the little individual ones from Sainsburys though 'cos other half hates them. It's my lazy cooking day treat!

Make tiny dumplings and use them to top a pie, instead of pastry. Add sugar and spices for sweet pies, herbs for savoury.

As Cathy says - the birds love it. Press it into pine cones, fix onto length of string then tie onto tree or shrub and watch the blue tits dangling ;D
