I got a big fat No! Its already discounted to the £7.50

I did have a feeling the 12 month free BB would be to good to be true.

I was told that I should've asked before the transfer happened (Sept/Oct time) and I prob would've got my full 12 months.

Ah well 7 months free BB and £250 credit to my )2 account cant be all bad :T

To keep the o2 deal you need to ask them to delay your migration date.

(From what you say this might be too late if you have already switched to sky, but worth going back and trying again from that angle)
  • Quentin...
Believe me I tried. Got onto a supervisor, still no joy!
Guess I should've been more on the ball...but I am the worlds worst at chasing things like that up :(

I am due to move over to Sky today, how do I know when to plug in the Sky hub?

No real need to do so as your O2 router will still work. You may well have moved without noticing.

Will it still show an O2 address then.

I would think it should show a Sky address.

I have switched the boxes over and I am online with Sky, on the old o2 box it showed the O2 address, must be linked to the box.

    Thanks.

So how is your speed compared to what you got with O2?
