    Maybe you took up an offer before being notified your migration date?

    The rest of us who have been contacted about the migration date only got it by letter.

    You will see postsin this thread from others who are awaiting their migration "letter".

    There is too much info enclosed with the letter to get in an email.

    It was some time ago, so I can't remember whether I got one email or two (in fact was there a letter ?), but either way I told when I was due to migrate , was offered £7.50 with no minimum term and that this would be taken on my next billing date, if I didn't instruct them otherwise...which I did, asking for the tv/bb/phone package that others had been offered.

    First call offer was £12.50 for bb, line rental and anytime calls. Second call today is £5 monthly for all three including international calls, very nice young man :beer:
    Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama ;)

    Well since I'm getting conflicting answers, since I will be away for the next few days , I'll leave the router on anyway.

    I logged yesterday into my Sky account and it says the BB training period only began on Jan 1st and will take 10 days, which is quite a while after what I believed was the official switchover for me way back in late Nov/early Dec.

    I'm defo leaving sky. I was on 12mths free from o2 (after 5yrs loyalty) and still have 7mths to run. Sky are trying to charge me straight away and have no intentions of honouring the existing contracts that we had with o2

    They sent me an email on 22/12/2013 saying I was in credit by £29.17pand wouldn't be charged this month then another on 23/12/2013 saying I would be billed £13.55p on 6/jan 2014. I've spoke live and got 2 emails on the go and getting no answers whatsoever.

    I have NO CONTRACT with them as I wasn't given fair warning of the take over date just a bill. B-{

    Are you a sky customer (or still with 02, awaiting migration).

    If the latter, then you wouldn't seem eligible.

    I don't know, but I can tell you that I was with o2, and called them the other day to get a good deal. Ended up taking line rental too, and they are sending me a new router (free).
