How long does it take to get the MAC code?

I phoned Tuesday and they said 2 minutes to 48 hours. Anyone requested a code recently? How long did it take. Did you have to contact them again for the code?

I contacted them on Tuesday morning and I was advised it takes 24 hours to generate a MAC which would be emailed immediately.

    HTH!

I telephoned them tonight and they gave me the MAC over the telephone although they did say it had been sent - strange it still hasn't been received.

Yes/No, you would have to use their alternative number.

What is their alternative number or where can I find further information?

Just taken a 7.50 a month broadband only from sky offer. Had a welcome to sky email and it mentions that they need a MAC in it.

Is this the case because im migrating for o2 or do they handle all of this?
