  • I got my letter saying I would be migrated in Dec/Jan. When I rang up the first person I spoke to said if I was given those months it meant that the 02 broadband would be switched off completely in my area so it would not be possible to defer. I said I knew for a fact that other people had been delaying migration but she was adamant and insisted that they would get a shock in January when the service shut down.
I then rang straight back and spoke to someone else who said there would be another round of migration in August and he would add me to that list.

Are you sure they said August?

As you have conflicting information, one person must have been wrong, so if you are going for delayed migration you need to have something in writing ..just in case...

Does anyone have the telephone number or any contact details for Sky who took over the broadband service from O2?

If you use the O2 number 0800 230 0202, you will be put through to Sky.

Thank you. I am contacting them for a friend and they couldn't find the number.

Just been informed their account is still with O2 so now I need to attempt to find the telephone number for O2 broadband.

How long does it take to get the MAC code?

I phoned Tuesday and they said 2 minutes to 48 hours. Anyone requested a code recently? How long did it take. Did you have to contact them again for the code?
