awwh thankyou she was very special to me had her 13 years longest relationship i have had! lol bloody cancer it so preverlent in both man and beast so it seems!
Anyway i called the dwp at 8am and got straight threw the lady told me it had not gone onto system yet even tho i have been grouped etc just the money side my money for tomrrow has gone in at the lower rate and if it still has not been updated 3 days before my next payment i have to call them and they will realease my monies so i dont have to send anymore med certs it is exatly 16 months today since the apeal began and two weeks after tribunal. peanut remind me when your tribunal was? have you got your areas yet? x

the tribunal was on april 15th which was they same day as the money goes in so had the nxt payment on 29th at the lower rate but now that its sorted my nxt payment on 13th may will be at the higher rate and the backdated money will be in monday too.
p.s just off to go check what amount u guessed and ill tell u if u are close lol

your tribunal was ten days before mine so i am hoping in ten days time i will have it all sorted tooooooo. my secong money post tribunal will be going in tomorrow at lower rate so hoping by time my next one goes in in a fortnight tomorrow it will be higher rate n monies in ect... were your cold weather payments in with the monies? or is that seperate- did they send you a letter to tell you it was all sorted of ust rang? i bet you so relived x

they rang me yest afternoon.
the cold weather payments are a seperate payment so should go in around about the same time as the backpay but could be a day or 2 later as its a diff department that deals with them.they said a letter is on its way but i think the letter is just a letter to say its sorted so she gave me all the figures on the phone.they sorted payments out on the same day as they issue the fortnightly payments so maybe if you contact them on the weds b4 the friday your payment goes in they may have some good news for u thats if they aint contacted you first xx

Oh I hope so just want to get it all done and dusted really its been a real drag!! Yea if i ring them weds before it will be a month after tribunal which sounds about right to me! there is light at the end of the tunnel hahahahah.some one told me i should apply for dla due to my mental health issues i read up a b it about it but not really sure 100% what it is is it to pay for someone to support you or is it for you? x

won my appeal on 17th September 2012 after being on esa for a year, was called down to my local jobcentrefor a interview.(after the judge said she didn't want them to reassess me for 18mths,went in December 2012 ) they told me I wasn't entitled to anything as my partner works over 24 hours. the judge awarded me 6 points, atos awarded me 0 points.so what was the point of me winning my appeal to then get no money.waste of time. they should get all the lazy watsits that don't work and don't intend working off benefits before they penalise people like me that have worked for 37yyears and now get nothing.sorry if I sound angry but that's because I am
