won my esa appeal after 1 year 4 months of waiting got awarded 21 points but now :s

I got mine around 6 weeks after the Tribunal. They do pay the entire amount, I got just over £2,000. It seems to be done on a random date rather than following normal payment dates.

The did send a letter when it was paid, but the letter arrived after the payment.

I am gonna ring up in a min as its been a week and the dwp lady told me to do so- she told me to ring one week after then keep ringing on a weekly basis just to make sure everythings moving forward-That was just my calculation for wrag is its sg then be an extra 20pounds a month! i rang em just after 9 today lady said they are takinin about 2 wks in my area at the moment so to give them a ring bk about half 10 tomoz.hope they sort out the sick note prob for u today ginger xx

Well got threw fairly quickly so my brain is still working, they recived my confirmation from the tribunal on tuesday. I have been put into wrag like i expected and she told me could be 24th of june till i get back payment and put back on to high rate? I then said i was told 6 weeks last week and been told 7 days by lady at tribunal office, she replied by saying The 24th of june is the latest it could be but hopefully it will be before then, i bloody hope so thats ages! She also said i do not need to sent med certs any more but to be safe i should untill i get a letter from them stating otherwise????? But surley if they no themselfs then why should i sent a note in the morons! i dont wanna keep sending notes in i dont even like my doctor! hahaha, Well at least they got the paperwork thre pretty swiftly as was sent out 25th and weekend does not count so in three days they managed to read the email so why it should take a further 8 weeks to add up 117x16 is behond me i no the bloody awnser its simple maths, also i have been told there have been 3 c.w.p since i have been appealing so that equates to 75pounds EASY !!!! i LEFT SCHOOL AGE 14 AND I COULD DO IT IN 2 MINS PLUS I COULD WORK OUT OTHER PEOPLE ALL DAY LONG....not rocket science is it! hahahahahahahaha x

if they told you what group you are in, that means you in the system should be 1 or 2 days after next pay day, say 2 weeks x

hi sorry i wasnt on my lil girls off poorly today so was sorting her out.
glad you got through but regarding the sick notes i asked for a call back because i didnt want the messing n stress of going to the docs for something i shouldnt need to send any more(my tabs r on repeat for another 2 months so dont need to go for them).
thing that bugs me is as soon as the letter from atos gets to them they stop payments straight away no messing about for wks on end n im sure some1 should be able to get a calander n calculator tap in ?? x ??=??? even my nine yr old can do that:cool:
