if they told you what group you are in, that means you in the system should be 1 or 2 days after next pay day, say 2 weeks x
sorry just spotted this post lol.
so my last payment was 29/4/13 which gets processed on weds 24/4/13 for the 2 weeks previous but the appeal decision was put on comp 18/4/13.so im hoping that by the time my nxt payment is due for wks 29/4 to 13/5 which i get on 13/5 it all should be sorted.(hope that makes sence)
oh n i rang em today after half 10 like they said yest n just got fobbed off as usual really wish they would stop telling u 1 thing then changing their minds in the nxt i would say its driving me mad but as i was mad in the 1st place i cant lol although im sure a few more gray hairs have popped up:D0 -
Can no one on this thread use punctuation?gingerlocks wrote: »I have dyslexia myself but thanks for pointing it out really helpful
Just out of interest - and genuinely not passing judgement on how posts are written - but, if someone is dyslexic, does that mean they will struggle with punctuation?
I thought it was spelling rather than punctuation so perhaps that is something new I will learn todayDear Lord, I am calling upon you today for your divine guidance and help. I am in crisis and need a supporting hand to keep me on the right and just path. My mind is troubled but I will strive to keep it set on you, as your infinite wisdom will show me the way to a just and right resolution. Amen.0 -
It's ok i am also mad, maybe they will drive us both sane?
Well to be honest with you I have dyslexia, despraxia and bi polor disorder all of these things contribute t my lack lustrous way o typing on the computer, It is not really important to me i guess i just rush threw trying to get my point across, if you understand me great if not that's great to- maybe you could type the word dyslexia into google to find your answer old chap and let me no the result so it will validate my reasons for not punctuating and put my mind at ease0 -
Gingerlocks have you been diagnosed for the condition by the proper agency? I ask as there is a resolution for computer screens if you have it.0

I simply cannot understand how some people go to tribunal and it is found in their favour, which can take over a year and then within the space of a few months they receive another ESA50 form from ATOS and the whole process starts again. It is total madness:mad:Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:0

It's called the rules. They can reassess at any point after a 3 month hiatus, of course it's not fair, but the wearing down process, I would imagine is their aim. If they can get 20,000 ESA claimants to stop claiming and live just off their partners money, think of the savings!
When you look at the figures and see pensions are 50% of DWP payments, a simple adjustment in taxing it, would mean those who are in real need receive 100% of that benefit, those who are far more well off don't.
I am not saying this in place of the ESA changes, but if you wish to reduce the millstone of payments of one type of benefit or another this country is paying out, then reassess all benefits. Jobseeker's Allowance, Statutory Maternity Pay, Maternity allowance, Statutory Sick Pay, Incapacity Benefits, Employment and Support Allowance, Severe Disablement Allowance, Attendance Allowance, Carer's Allowance, Benefits for accidents at work and for occupational diseases, all State Pensions, Winter fuel payments, widows benefits
And Child benefit.
A household receiving £50,000 a year can still get some of these subject to age of claimant.
Gingerlocks, have you tried adjusting the screen colour and resolution? If so, has it helped?0 -
No I have not but I will try it if you think it will benefit me in some way
On my tribunal decision form i notice it says not to be re assessed for 12 months?
I am assuming this will mean atos?
It would be pretty soul destroying to wait 16 months for it all to be put right then have to start all over again, but i would never be worn down by it that wont work on me, and I am sure many other i just hope it does not work on those that have genuine reasons for claiming money from the dwp0 -
hey all quick update
just had a call from dmp. all sorted and backpayments have been issued but take about 3 days to clear in account so should be there monday (sat because of the way my bank works)payments have been sorted so the increased amount gets paid on monday awell . also included is 2 cold weather payments for 2012/2013 none in this area for 2011/2012. so happy days all round here and i would do a happy dance but my back went on monday so cant move let alone dance : )
just a warning for gingerlocks
i asked about re assesment as my appeal papers also said 12 months.now she said that its 12 month from when i was last seen by atos which was march 12 but as march this yr has passed they put it at 6 months from the tribunal which makes it oct so i should expect a form in aug.0 -

I am not bothered about atos and the whole scenario to be honest with you what will be will be! My cat died yesterday so i am not even bothered about the monies anymore!life's to short to worry!0
