Does this mean you will be in wrag then?

I am not sure what mine says as it is at home but is very simular to your from memory apart from i got 21 points? but if we are not due to be reassessed for 12 months how can we be in wragg? :S
As this is a process of introducing you back into work is it now? confused myself i think that is the point however hahahah.

sorry yes i went out of the room for about five mins i came back in and they had printed out a sheet of paper with 21 points appeal aloud etc etc- :j

yeah we have to go for meatings at the job centre to help us try n get back to work in the future not right now though.
when u get home check your points to see how they scored or if it mentions any schedule 3 descriptors.

My guess is your in the wrag - with not being called back for 12 months - you need to get 15 points to be in ESA sector - then dependant on your criteria is which group your be in,

When you get the letter confirming everything that you are in ESA it will be on there what group.

With mine I migrated from IS to ESA - I had 12 weeks at assesment rate then by the time they got the medical done and decision made that took another 3 months when I got the letter saying your in ESA WRAG - it took another month to get the money back,

Cold weather payments was a nightmare to get back, for me I had missed 2 payments, but I was only repaid 1 payment as they had no proof at the DWP that there had been 2 payments in my zone,

This yr i had to fill in a new form in Jan - which had to be back with them by Feb - I have heard nothing yet, my money is the same so for now I'm not rocking the boat. x

my claim was from may 11 so if there was any cold weather payments it will have been for winters 11/12 then 12/13 so hopefully the 12/13 souldnt be too much of a prob as its only just finnished i just hope they have the info for 11/12 as i know there was at least 2 cwp.

hmmmmm. I was on income support for 4 years for my bipolor/personality disorder/agaraphobia/alcoholism situation then they said i needed a medical so i went got null pwa! Fair dooz but when i went and told my doc he said to appeal ....so i did 1 year 4 months on i go to the hearing tell my storey they give me 21 and say not to be reassessed for 12 months etc i am not really bothered if i am in wragg or sg to be honest i do want to work eventually and the money difference is like 5pounds a week However i would like my cashola as i am in severe debt due to being on 61 pounds a week for 1 year 4 months!

blummin heck may11? you been waiting ages i thought mine was a long wait from jan12! why did u have to wait two years how stressfull! at least you will get a large payout! x

the reason was because the numptys at atos sent me a appointment letter on a friday for a assesment on the monday but it didnt turn up till the tuesday lol . so as u can guess i didnt go so then spent months chasing them up n filling in forms so only got my atos medical in march 2012 a total of 10 months waiting:eek:.
bang on a yr from the atos assessment had my tribunal.

I just did a rough calculation going on info from net etc that if put in wrag and going on the 16 months i have been in appeal i should get around the 2k mark as it was not a new claim the 13 assessment thinghy dont apply to me.

This group thing is odd is a support group only for people who with never work again then? the woman at dwp told me it was but she sounded like it was her first day on the job and i was firing questions at 1000miles an hour and she didn't like me hahah.

Its nice to talk to people in a similar situation by the way so thankyou i have never been on one of these forums before tbh its all new to me.:beer:

I worked yours out to going on 22 months in wrag will be 2,700 BUT DONT QUOTE ME HAHHHA...
