won my esa appeal after 1 year 4 months of waiting got awarded 21 points but now :s

hahaha my names not ann my names tabitha ann was the lady i spoke to regarding back payments sorry if that was a bit confusing i was thanking her in an ode to her kindness as most of the people you speak to are moronic.
Well my appeal was 1 week tomorrow so i was going to ring up again tomorrow i have already mentioned the coldweather payments and aperently there is 4 of them owed to me at 100pounds yes i will keep on there backs till i get everything i am owed. Just hope it all gets sorted asap as my med cert runs out next friday so that will be my last payment- dont see why i should have to go get another due to there slow like a sloth way of doing thinks-Tabitha :A

hi you will need another med note, it takes roughly 4-6 weeks sort back money out, i have been waiting that long myself, they are trying put it into my bank but computer keeps crashing, well done for winning x

lol sorry i waited exactly one month for mine back in Jan got paid Feb have only just got paid my cold winter payments last week after 3 phone calls problem is you dont get a breakdown of what your getting paid so once you have your money ring them up again

computer keeps crashing what kind of a weak excuse is that- i keep hearing differnet storied daily one fello told me he got his money the next day as it all went threw very quick, 7 days is the next one then 3 weeks 4 weeks and the longest i heard was 8 weeks! If i have to send another med cert in i will do i guess but i dont really want to as when they with drew my miney they gave me 2 weeks notice so i feel if it as so quick and easy to withdraw then why not the other way round, I appriciat they get thousands of emails a day but they must have a few thousand customers service agents working for them so I dont see the massive hold up if i have to sanctions or owed money which i dont -Just think its pot luck somtimes like whoever is dealing with my case could be an excellent worker and get it done in a matter od days/weeks of could be a numb skull who misses things etc which would be the 8 week outcome.I feel like ringing them now just to keep on there backs but i cannot stand that awful music they play they could atleast use somthing catchy n pleasent to the ears. lololol

i won mine 3 wks n 2 days ago n not got back pay yet but it has been with a DM 2 wks tomorow and the lady i spoke to last wk said it takes around 3 wks from there n they email the payments department and payment goes in over nite.
i did end up getting a ring back from dwp last fri as i wanted to know about sending a new sick note in as mine run out on monday(29/4) they said they stuck a note on the system saying i dont need to send them anymore so hopefully not long now b4 its all sorted.

Oh great looks like you will be all dandy soon then i think i will ring tommorrow and ask about the sick not thing maybe they can put a note on for me also Like i said i dont mind waiting 2/3 weeks but 8 weeks is a real joker!!! I never even looked into how long this would all take as i never thought i would win my appeal! and deffo not get 21 points the woman from atos must have been a real fool! does anyone know please as the judge says i will not have to be asked to work or have a medical for the next 12months if that is some form of reflection on what group i will be put into? HAs anyone been put into a group and does this slow things up also... x

Did the judge give you a decision notice at the end of the hearing?
Mine says: mrs peanutbutter_cups is entitited to esa with the work related activity component.
This is because 15 points where scored as follows(then gives breakdown of points).
No schedule 3 descriptor applied.
The tribunal recommends that the department does not reassess the appellant within 12 months.
Now from what ive read on here the support group is given if you score 15 in just 1(the max points in any of them) of the descriptors or if you meet a schedule 3 descriptor. Im sure if that bit isnt right someone will correct me.:D
