yea said i am in wragg over the phone my next payday is the 10th so was hoping they would do it by then as then i wont have to send in anymore med certs... they keep telling me 4-6 weeks like robots over and over again i even said i no you are just saying it to cover yaself incase somthing goes wrong. and he repeated it again so i said why dont i come down the office with my calculater and rel a few of for you its blummin straight forward stuff... i been in appeal 16 months was migrated from i.s so will go from the date i began my appeal... i am in wragg so its 28 a week thats around 113 a months 113x16 is just under 2k! then my coldweather payments etc- bloody straight forward!!!! hahah ... JUST DO ITTTTTT HAHHAH i am not very good at being patient x

if you phone them, and just ask what group you in, if they tell you, then you do not need send sick notes as already in system just have sit back wait for back dated money x

Oh right this guy told be to send then "just in-case" What? that not very proffetionall is it. Out of the 4 peaople i have spoken to in the last week only one person was understandable n she told me when they get the proof usually takes about 7 days (working) yet the other fools told me 6 weeks.. hahahahahah I can wait for the back pay but i just dont want then to stop my money regarding the sicknote situation tbh. I think my head might explode if this happens x and peanutbutter its cool ope she feels better soon x

i was told that although the award is on the system its not untill the decision maker presses the magic button that the request for sick notes is taken off thats why i asked for a ring back and they put a note on saying no more med certs needed i hope they put it in flashing red letters because my nxt paydate is 13th may n god help whoever answers the phone that day if it doesnt go in.

soon as dm has given go ahead it go to payments then group decision, them when phone ask what group you in , if wrag or support then it gone through sit back and relax, i spoke to the man that issues my payment, they not going send me for a medical till next april heard that 1 befor would be nice, mine went in day after do not panick

Someone on another forum told me to just keep ringing them up... they just rang me up to tell me my water rate arreas have been paid and that they have been taking it out 5 weeks more than needed so they are sending the 53 quid bk to water n then they sending me cheque.... so thats good news!! kinda of a anti climaxe when i heard it was them i thought way haaaaaaaaaaaay they have got sick of me ringing up and fast tracked it just for me to stop calling up asking same thing over n over n getting same robotic anser.... still 53 pounds i didnt no i had plus i will be bk on full 71 now as been on 61 for 16 months... till i go up to 100 when they pull there fingers out of there "£$£*£$ hahahaha x

im placed in wrag, got strait 15 points, but i also get medium care mobility as need a carer through out the day, as a danger to myself and others, and low mobility as need some 1 with me when i am out, so lets wait and see what they going do with me x

Oh thats quick tracey yes i asked her twice and she confirmed wrag and that i would get all my cold weather payments etc just thought if i have been migrated bk in jan12 and in appeal for 16 months ddoes that count towards the year i have to be left alone? sorry to keep questioning everything x

have been appealing both esa and dla 16mths esa money cleared next tuesday, dla won both, yes got it also backdated, my appeal was 27th march esa and got letter dla 19th april change decision, appeal clasped, then on 27th april letter from court dla refused, what a nightmare but letter from court nil and void, as for paperwork from esa forget it not got any, think they saving pennies by not posting x
