I can give u a couple o numbers i have been using, 08451241330, 08457253519 or i was successful yesterday on 08458501368 and am to receive my full claim back! at last!
    :T GOOD LUCK
  • I too have gone through the Moneyclaim Online process only to have my claim rejected. I am going to try the Customer Service helpline in the hope of having it re-evaluated. I am only looking for £155 ! Any other ideas?

I phoned to have my claim re-evaluated over 2 weeks ago and was told at the time I would receive an offer within the following 2 weeks. The 2 weeks came and went so I decided to phone back to see what stage it was at. Turns out my claim was NOT sent away for re-evaluation at all so the woman I spoke to this time did it for me, again telling me I would receive an offer within 2-3 weeks.

To say I'm peed off is an understatement. I realise the whole process is a long, drawn out one but to be told yesterday that the chap I spoke to a fortnight ago didn't even entertain my request had made me lose a lot of heart with the whole thing, to the extent I just want to throw the towel in. Especially when I see so many people on here who had their claim re-evaluated and money in the bank within days. I'm starting to think it's just not meant to be.

Sorry for the rant. I'm one very unhappy chappy.

Thanks guys. I've been feeling really down about it all recently with the length of time things are taking. I've been putting all my energies and efforts into it and it's so disheartening when you suffer a setback like this. Just need to snap out of it and carry on the good fight.:)
