I am at the point where I am waiting for Yorkshire to make a defense against my court action. I'm set in my way that I will take them to the bitter end and NOTHING will put me off taking them all the way to court. Just one question though, has anyone been to court and actually lost? I read the section where it says someone lost once, but after that nothing. So does anyone know of any other cases that lost? And if you do lose, do you have to pay any costs for the Bank?
