Hurrah to napkin folding - that'll set you off bouncing again! :D

Main road would be an utter deal breaker to me too - of course you're on a main road at the moment aren't you....*whistles*! :rotfl: (For those who are baffled, whilst a "main" road technically, it doesn't see much traffic!)

Is it really 6 months since the last doggie haircut? that's flown by! So cute they look freshly trimmed! :D

Hey there thank you he was making biodiesel at college today (not heard any explosions, thinking it went well) so was having a relatively quiet one the night before.

Mushroom spag bog was on the cards so you'd be very welcome - although the leftovers were scoffed tonight :T cauli cheese tomorrow if you get a wriggle on!

    Hey up all

Yawns - tired today - always tired at the moment I hope that passes. Too old to be partying as hard as I did clearly!

Well first of the month and the rent is paid - all very squeaky in the land of my banks but a roof we have for the next month. I will be paid at some convenient time to someone with the quiver and checkbook in hand, until then I watch the pennies and wait.

Mr R (as in Rock) god is home alone doon sooth so its been a quiet week. I didn't return with my new husband, need time to adjust and all that. He's off to deepest darkest KC land soon on a course. Darn sarf I think you call it (all Englandshire to me) :)

    Working all weekend.

A bit of a spendy day today work lunch meetings (claimable), chum coffee (not claimable but at 2.10 for a cuppa, I think I'll survive). There is a benefit to not eating cake you see, you don't buy it.

Cupboards/fridges are full so need to do a meal plan for next week. I'd go pick some veggies from work but we ALL ate them all at wellyfest. :) I've been good since using myfitnessap - and my pedometer app - trying to keep the eats and the activity balanced. As I love to eat - I need to keep moving alot to stop myself sticking in doorways. :D For the first time in around 8 years my weight is just under 9st and my trousers actually now sometimes do up. I am not super skinny by any stretch of the imagination as I am also a short a&se. And, as I don't buy clothes very often - the ones I've been wearing haven't fitted me very well for a long time, at least I can now do them up again.

I need to make up a food budget and meal plan for Nov. No scheduled trips so I'm thinking that might make it a bit easier. Only one night out planned at a chums, so nothing too epic planned.
I need to book a flight for Dec for a meeting
I need to keep close eye on funds as there's not much
I also need a count down to moving debt pay off plan/save up plan.
I need to write up work expenses (did invoice for one job today)
I need to write up time sheet for other work
I need to keep up the walking (5.3 miles today)
I need a plan for the next few months until we hit the slippery slope of moving.
I need to update my cv/linkedin and start to begin to think about looking for a new job. And checking my references don't mind me using them. I know they remember me............but whether or not they'll want to hear from me or not - now there's a question.

But right now, I need some sleep.

Working all weekend - be a quite full on one - so have a good one yourselves :)

  • PS - I've just read Buffy's mini diary - which is really exciting for her planning xmas I wish her well - but I'm so glad I'm having xmas off this year, one less thing to think about.

PPS - Napping sucks, it stops you actually, you know, sleeping.
