When they say offer over (shows markets starting to bounce back) how far over do you think? You may be able to get at close to that but is this just wishful thinking til you go sooth again?

Being complete Devil's Advocate ... getting ready to duck ... how often do perfect properties like this come up?

I have no idea of the answer but if very infrequently then may be worth doing some work on, if it's every other week then it's property !!!!!! drool.

Oh, and just to be the resident smarty-pants. I have made my own almond paste (marzipan) many, many moons ago, when I was a keen young thing I would say it gets very sticky with the egg whites/icing sugar, there is no way on this earth that it is cheaper than wandering into the supermercado and buying a block of the stuff. But does it taste better? hull yep! Thankfully we no longer go the 'iced cake' route at chrimbobs.

I was only thinking of it because I bought so *much* ground almonds along with the coriander, I think :rotfl: just wanting to use it up, really. What have I volunteered myself for
