It's all been said over and over again.

And it will continue to be over and over again for a very long time yet as January 2015 is ages away yet

...and many people don't [a]know how to deep read read whole anythings.

Not a hanging offence, of course, but short attention spans and low info/detail retention rates do not make for sound argument.

Agreed. I'd add that discussion forums in general are not great for sound argument. ;)

A bit like you madvixen, I've found myself at moments over this pretty decent weekend hoping Jack has been outdoors too, knowing a bit of normalcy, purely enjoying late-season sun, odds and sods of ordinary unhassled Life and gaining strength from simple things.

    Have a good week, Jack.

Hi and thanks, had a nice weekend, went to my parents Friday, by the beach and went sailing, wasn't really windy enough, should have gone Sunday. Anyway was nice and sunny and had a good chat to some of the guys I know who sail my home beach. Drove back Saturday to see a local band at a pub Saturday night. Sunday had a lazy day.

I did text my son before I went down to see if he wanted to meet me but no reply as usual.

The FMH viewing that was planned for Saturday didn't show.
    Regards

So pleased you were able to have some "me" time.

Please don't be too downhearted about your son's non communication. I am sure in time he will see the error of his ways and that you will be able to resume a great relationship with him.

I am sorry that there was a no show on the FMH, have faith to believe the right people will come along very soon.

    Take care

No in early July changed to emoov, online agent. Basically they take photos and make up details and advertise it online with all the usal suspects.

I think with so little interest I'd be asking a friend not known to MrsJ to book a viewing -just be sure she's not doing anything to block the sale.

Either the property is overpriced or something else is going on.
